Open-fermented with 10% whole bunches, 2 weeks on skins post-fermentation, matured for 8 months in large format used oak. One of a handful of Barossa Valley grenaches with the same weight and power of top flight McLaren Vale grenache. It has abundant red cherry, raspberry, blueberry and plum fruits allied with firm tannins, and no confection/Turkish delight nuances. Moreover, it will react positively to maturation.
