SHIPPING POLICY

HOT WEATHER POLICY:

We want to protect your purchase from potential damage caused by heat. In times of extreme heat (32 degrees Celsius & above) orders will be held in our air-conditioned warehouse until the heat subsides. Please remember that weather changes while wine is in transit are completely out of our control. In the warmer months we recommend collecting your wine from a post office rather than using the AusPost ‘safe drop’ system (which will leave your parcel unattended). If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.


DISPATCH POLICY

Orders are shipped weekly through our Cellar Door using Australia Post’s Wine Delivery Service. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and weather condition, as per above. We ship out of our warehouse a minimum of 3 days a week. Phoning before delivery is unfortunately not available. Australia Post tracking numbers are provided in shipment confirmation emails.


REFUND POLICY

Shipments are insured with Australia Post only when signed for on delivery. In circumstances where a shipment is damaged or missing as verified by Australia Post, a replacement order will be shipped to you free of charge. There is no refund for change of mind or incorrect ordering.
