Overview of the Role

The Tasting Room Coordinator will oversee the tasting and sale of wine at the winery to maximize sales potential.

This position will manage and oversee the daily operations of the Tasting Room, ensuring that the team is providing

exceptional customer service and promoting the range of wines to make the experience at Turkey Flat memorable for every visitor.

Job Requirements (Key competencies)

• Experience managing a team (preferably in a hospitality, tourism or cellar door environment)

• Ability to train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets

• Strong wine knowledge

• High standard of personal presentation and communication skills.

• IT skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel)

• Strong time management, organisational and administration skills with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to assist in the organisation and management of functions and events

• Experience working with POS systems or databases and Stock control.
