Let me introduce you to Gobble:Gobble - our new, once-off, very small batch wine. The result of experimentation that went exceptionally well, Gobble:Gobble is a crunchy, juicy and slick co-ferment of whole bunch Shiraz & crushed Grenache. Our beautiful front label artwork was created by our whole team - lured by promises of coffee & their fifteen minutes of fame. Another fun little experiment involving Christie's photo-retouching inks & a piece of blotting paper. You can actually watch all the magic happening on video.
