Oh yes, that age-old question posed time & time again, 'when should I drink this wine?'...

It really is a very tricky one, and the answer depends squarely on the personal preference of you, the drinker... Do you prefer the primary fruit dominance seen in younger wines, or the more developed, secondary characters of aged wines? And to what extent of each? It's something that even the esteemed James Halliday is wary of giving a definitive answer to (read his recent article on this very topic here)

However, we do attempt to give you a guide each year on the progress of our Shiraz, this year we're also covering our Grenache -check that chart out here
