Grenache cellaring chart

Aged Grenache, the Great under-rated wine of the Barossa Valley...

While oh-so-approachable and divine in its youth, Grenache ages beautifully, often twisting & turning in ways that surprise even the winemaker (in a good way!). It is for this reason that pulling out an old Grenache from the Museum is one of the most delightful perks of working here at Turkey Flat.

We've decided to share the love of Grenache with you & put together a suggested cellaring chart for each vintage of our Grenache. Of course, just like Shiraz there is no exact science to cellaring wines, and at the end of the day, you're the best judge for how you most enjoy your wines...
