Cabernet Sauvignon
Although Turkey Flat is perhaps best known for its Shiraz and Rosé, we have through the years developed some very strong supporters of our Cabernet Sauvignon. As this is a single vineyard wine, the production varies greatly with the vintage conditions.

Butchers Block Red
The Butchers Block Red began as a traditional Barossa blend made with grapes selected from the Turkey Flat Vineyards, including some from the original old vine plantings. The first eight vintages were Mataro dominant. Over time as our Stonewell vineyard matured and began producing exceptional parcels of Shiraz, we made a decision to produce a Rhône blend wine which was rich, approachable and fruit driven.
