Max Allen on the 2015 Butchers Block Red

Given their track record of reliability and quality, Turkey Flat's wines offer good value across the board: their excellent varietal grenache and mataro (two of the Barossa's best) sit around $30, as does their superb fortified Pedro Ximènez. Value: Great Best with: Char-grilled lamb cutlets
